双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液的过敏性、肌肉刺激性研究

Study of hypersensitivity and stimulation on muscle of diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection

目的考察双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液的全身过敏性及对肌肉的刺激作用。方法分别以家兔和豚鼠为实验动物,给予双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液后观察动物有肌肉刺激作用和过敏反应。结果肌注部位未出现明显的刺激反应及过敏反应。结论双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液无肌肉刺激性、过敏性。

[ Objective ] To observe the stimulation and hypersensitivity of dicloienac sodium and hdocaxne nyorocmorme injection. [ Methods ] The stimulated reaction on muscle of rabbit and the hypersensitivity reaction on guine-pig of diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection were studied. [ Resluts ] The results showed that no stimulation on muscle of rabbits and no hypersensitive action on guinea-pig. [ Conclusion ] Diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydroehloride injection has no hypersensitive and stimulative reaction.
