精神分裂症大鼠血浆H_2S、Hcy、叶酸及VitB_6水平及其相关性分析

The Level of Plasma Hydrogen Sulfide,Homocysteine,Folate and Vitamin B_6 in Schizophrenic Rats and Their Relationship

摘要 目的探讨精神分裂症大鼠血浆硫化氢(H2S)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸和维生素(Vit)B6水平的变化及其相关性。方法检测精神分裂症大鼠和正常对照组的血浆H2S、Hcy、叶酸及VitB6水平。精神分裂症大鼠血浆H2S水平与Hcy、叶酸和VitB6水平的相关性用直线相关分析。结果与正常对照组比较,精神分裂症组血浆Hcy水平显著增高,血浆H2S、叶酸、Vit B6水平显著降低(P〈0.05-0.001)。精神分裂症组血浆H2S水平与Hcy水平呈负相关(r=-0.7214,P〈0.001),与血浆叶酸及VitB6水平呈正相关(r=0.5189,P〈0.001;r=0.4299,P〈0.05)。结论精神分裂症组血浆H2S、叶酸和VitB6明显降低,Hcy水平升高。H2S水平降低可能参与了高同型半胱氨酸血症致精神分裂症的发病机制。 Objective To observe the plasma levels of hydrogen sulfide(H2S),homocysteine(Hcy),folate and vitamin(Vit)B6 in schizophrenic rats.Methods To detect plasma H2S levels,Hcy,folate and VitB6 in controls and schizophrenic rats.The relationship between level of plasma H2S and Hcy,folate and VitB6 in schizophrenia patients was analyzed by linear correlation analysis.Results Plasma H2S,folate,and VitB6 levels were significantly lower and Hcy levels were significantly higher in schizophrenic rats compared with controls(P〈0.05~0.001).A negative correlation existed between plasma H2S and Hcy level(r=-0.7214,P〈0.01),and a positive correlation existed between plasma H2S and FA,VitB6 level(r=0.5189,P〈0.001;r=0.4299,P〈0.05).Conclusions Plasma H2S,folate and VitB6 decrease obviously,plasma Hcy level increas in schizophrenic rats.Plasma Low H2S levels are involved in the pathogenesis of the schizophrenia caused by hyperhomocysteinemia.
