癌症患者抑郁情绪与社会支持的调查分析

The Relationship between Depression and Social Support of Cancer Patients

目的本研究旨在探讨癌症患者抑郁情绪的发生率及影响因素,并分析社会支持对抑郁情绪的影响。方法 2009年12月-2010年12月在我院住院的癌症患者,全部完成一般资料问卷、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）调查。结果①234例癌症患者中,54.27%的癌症患者伴有不同程度抑郁情绪;②癌症患者的性格特征、病后锻炼情况、癌症病程、治疗方式、社会支持情况等均影响其抑郁得分;③癌症病程与抑郁得分呈正相关（r=0.231,P=0.000）,病后锻炼情况（r=-0.295,P=0.000）、总社会支持（r=-0.499,P=0.002）和对支持的利用度（r=-0.335,P=0.039）与抑郁程度呈负相关;④多元逐步回归分析发现,病后锻炼情况、癌症病程、经济状况和总社会支持入选回归方程,回归方程为：Y（抑郁总分）=59.895~3.457X7（病后锻炼情况）＋1.663X10（癌症病程）＋2.711X6（经济状况）-0.213X13（总社会支持）。结论适量的运动有助于缓解不良情绪。社会支持是影响癌症患者心理状况的一个重要因素,癌症患者的抑郁水平,在很大程度上取决于社会支持的多少以及患者对社会支持的利用情况。因此,加强社会支持系统将更有助于癌症患者应付疾病。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of depression and its influencing factors of cancer patients,and further analyze the relationship between depression and social support.Methods All the cancer patients in our hospital completed the following questionnaires：General condition questionnaire,self-rating depression scale（SDS）and social support rating scale（SSRS）.Results ①234 cases were selected,54.27% of them had different level depression.②The personality characteristics,exercise after disease,duration of cancer and treatment affected the depression.③The duration of cancer was positively related to the degree of depression（r=0.231,P=0.000）.Exercise after disease（r=-0.295,P=0.000）,total social support（r=-0.499,P=0.002）and the utilization of support（r=-0.335,P=0.039）were negatively related to the degree of depression.④ Multiple stepwise regression analysis found：Exercise after disease,duration of cancer,economic conditions and total social support had been selected.Regression equation was：Y（depression）= 59.895~3.457X7（exercise after disease）＋1.663X10（duration of cancer）＋2.711X6（economic conditions）-0.213X13（total social support）.Conclusion Moderate exercise may help cancer patients ease the bad mood.Social support is an important factor to affect the psychological conditions of cancer patients.The degree of depression of cancer patients,to a great extent,depends on amount of social support and its utilization.Therefore,supported by the collaborative efforts of family members and healthcare professionals,cancer patients will more easily cope with the drawbacks of their state.
