摘要
目的揭示工作压力和焦虑水平之间的关系,重点探讨应对方式对两者之间关系的调节作用。方法采用问卷调查方法,选取济南市12家国有企业的1100名科技工作者为被试,对工作压力、应对方式和焦虑采用相关分析、回归分析等方法进行分析探讨。结果①企业科技工作者的工作压力偏高,偏向于采取积极应对方式,焦虑水平处于正常状态;②企业科技工作者工作压力的3个维度对焦虑水平有显著的正向预测效果(t=7.999,10.491,4.722,P<0.001),积极应对方式对焦虑水平有显著的负向预测效果(t=-16.778,P<0.001),消极应对方式反之(t=23.493,P<0.001)。结论通过应对方式的调节作用可以降低工作中人际关系压力引起的焦虑水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between work-stress and anxiety,and emphasize the moderating role of coping style.Methods By the method of questionnaire research,sample mainly from Ji’nan,1100 science-technology workers in 12 state-owned companies,with a series of correlation analyses,regression analyses to analyze the relationships among work-stress,coping-style and anxiety.Results The level of work-stress was high;the anxiety was in the average level;The science-technology workers were intended to take positive coping style.The three dimensions of the work-stress had significantly positive influences on anxiety(t=7.999,10.491,4.722;P〈0.001);positive coping style had significantly negative influence on anxiety(t=-16.778,P〈0.001),and negative coping style had the opposite influence(t=23.493,P〈0.001).Conclusion The level of anxiety can be reduced by the moderating influence of coping style.
