摘要
目的对医学院大学生实施"大学生创新素质结构问卷调查",旨在建立医学生创新素质结构模型并对不同创新教育环境下的医学生的结构模型进行比较分析。方法采用文献分析法和问卷调查法对40名教师和458名医学院学生进行调查。采用SPSS13.0及L ISREL.70软件对数据进行内部一致性信度分析,采用交互效度验证方法进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果①大学生创新素质结构模型共有5个维度,分别是:创新意识、创新思维、创新人格、创新知识和创新行为。内部一致性信度分别为:C ronbach'α=0.80,0.69,0.79,0.69,0.76,总量表C ronbach'α=0.94。结构效度指标分别为χ2=656.37,χ2/d f=1.68,GF I=0.92,AGF I=0.90,NNF I=0.89,NF I=0.90,CF I=0.91;②中药实践班学生和普通班学生在创新意识、创新人格、创新知识和创新行为方面差异显著:中药实践班学生比普通班学生具有更强烈的创新意识、健全的创新人格、丰富的创新知识和出色的创新行为。结论医学生创新素质结构模型具有科学性和有效性,能准确测量医学生创新素质。
Objective The questionnaire on college students’ innovative quality was used in this study to build the structural equation model of their creative quality under the creative circumstance.Methods A total of 40 college teachers from 3 universities in Jiangxi province and 485 medical college students were investigated with documentary analysis and questionnaire inquiry.SPSS and LISREL software were used to process data.Results ①The structural equation model of college students’ innovative quality consisted of five dimensions:Creative consciousness,creative thinking,creative personality,creative knowledge and creative behavior.The model’s internal consistency reliability were 0.80,0.69,0.79,0.69,0.76 and 0.94(total),the indexes of model Chi-Square was 656.37,RMSEA 0.053,NNFI 0.89,CFI 0.91.②Students in the medicine class were better than those in regular class in four factors:Creative consciousness,internal creative personality,creative knowledge and external creative behavior.Conclusion The structural equation model of college students’ innovative quality is scientific and effective,and can measure medical college students’ innovative quality.
