Assessment simulated patients-based clinical teaching

目的:探索基于模拟患者的评估在临床教学模式构建中的应用。方法:在阐述传统的评估模式的运用现状基础上,从评估的内容、评估的优势方面分析基于模拟患者的评估。结果:模拟患者在能力评估中的运用能促进医学生参与主动学习,体验真实的经验教训。模拟患者在能力评估中最大限度的提供临床病例,提供更为丰富的训练内容。结论:将模拟患者应用于医学生的临床能力评估,能够全方位的评价医学生专业技能的掌握程度,是公平、高效、可靠的评估活动。

Objective： To explore the application of the assessment based on simulated patients in the clinical teaching. Methods： Based on the description of current using of the traditional mode of assessment, we analyzedthe assessment on simulated patients from the content and advantages of the assessment. Results： The use of simulated patients in the evaluation of the ability can make students participating in active learning, and experiencing the real lessons learned.Simulated patients in the evaluation of the ability can maximize the clinical cases, provide more extensive training content. Conclusion： The clinical competency assessment of medical students4 by using simulated patients, can get a comprehensive evaluation of the mastery of professional skills of medical students. It＇s fair, efficient and reliable.
