目的:通过对医院大型医疗设备维修管理的探讨,重视对医学工程技术人员的培养,使医学工程学科和医院经济发展迈上新台阶。方法:分析大型医疗设备维修管理的现状,打破技术垄断,建立良好的维修管理格局,为医学工程学科发展创造有利条件。结果:医学工程技术人员素质的提高在医院运营过程中起着非常重要的影响。结论:提高医学工程技术人员的业务素质和技术水平,是提高大型医疗设备维修管理的有效途径。提高设备维修管理水平,营造医院对医学工程技术学科重视的整体环境。

Objective： To investigate the problems that exist in management of the large medical equipment to reveal the important role of the development of the medical engineering subject that affects the medical engineering technicians＇s training and the hospital＇s economic development. Methods： Through the analysis of the current status of management of the large medical equipment maintenance, reveals that to break the monopoly of technology and to establish a good maintenance management structure is the direction of the development of medical engineering subject. Results： Improving the quality of the medical engineering technicians plays a very important impact on hospital operation process. Conclusion： To improve the quality of the medical engineering technicians, is an effective way to improve the level of the large medical equipment maintenance management. To improve the level of management of equipment maintenance and pay attention to the medical engineering technicians in hospital and the overall environment.
