目的:加深医院工程技术人员和软性内窥镜使用人员对软镜的构造、故障原因及检测方法的认识和了解。方法:分别介绍软镜的原理、各组成部件的作用、各种常见故障的起因以及日常使用过程中的检测方法。结果:通过上述介绍,使用人员和工程技术人员深入了解了软镜的原理及故障起因和检测方法,使用更加规范,保养更加到位,减少软镜损伤的发生,降低故障率,避免小修变为大修。结论:医护人员在掌握医疗技术的基础上,再了解设备的原理和保养,更能发挥设备的使用率,并可减少成本,提高效益。

Objective： To enable operators and technical personnel understand structure, fault reason and test method of soft endoscope deeply. Methods： We described the principle of soft endoscope and, the function of the components. Meanwhile, all kinds of common failure causes,and detection means in the process of daily work were analyzed. Results： Operators and technical personnel understood principle, fault reason and test method of soft endoscope deeply. Therefore, the rate of failure was reduced. Conclusion： Medical personnel must master the basis of medical technology, to understand the principle and maintenance of the equipment. Consequently, the cost can be saved and working efficacy be oromoted.
