新乡市荧光屏透视机的使用现状

Status and suggestions of using screen fluoroscopy in Xinxiang region

目的:掌握新乡市医疗机构荧光屏透视机使用现状,了解应用质量和存在的问题。方法:对新乡市辖区内的医疗机构进行普查,对X射线设备逐台登记,对荧光屏透视机进行质量控制检测。结果:新乡市有荧光屏透视机单位140家,涉及荧光屏透视机142台,占全市现有医用诊断X线机总数(355台)的40%。抽检的24台荧光屏透视机,全部检测项目合格的有5台,占总检测台数的20.8%。结论:荧光屏透视机使用状况和应用质量不容乐观,应加强对荧光屏透视机的管理,并制定逐步淘汰计划。

There are 140 medical institutions for using screen fluoroscopy. A substantial number（40%） of all X-rays equipment is for screen fluoroscopy. Twenty-four fluoroscopic units are tested, however, only 5units（20.8%）meet standard requirement. Conclusion： It is unsatisfactory of the stituation and quality for using screen fluoroscopy. The government should strengthen supervision and formulate a disuse plan for screen fluoroscopy.
