摘要
对窄河谷、高拱坝、大流量坝身泄洪挑流消能水垫塘的防冲安全及其混凝土衬砌优化设计问题作了全面研究,结合小湾工程采用局部水工模型试验研究了小湾工程水垫塘衬砌块的抗冲稳定性,提出了应用瞬交流和震荡流理论研究衬砌冲刷破坏机理、建立新的设计模式的新概念,讨论了水垫塘衬砌设计模式的有关问题,并对该工程的设计提出了具体建议。
This paper made an overall study on the erosion control of a plunge pool for dam body flood discharge trajectory energy dissipation in the case of a narrow valley, a high arch dam and a large discharge, and its concrete lining optimization design. The application of the theories of transient flow and oscillating flow was advanced to study the mechanism of scouring damage of the plunge pool lining, and to form a new design mode concept based on the study of the scouring - resistant stability of the plunge pool concrete lining blocks using the hydraulic model test for the Xiaowan hydropower project. The paper also discussed some problems relating to the design mode of the plunge pool concrete lining and offered some specific suggestions on the design of the plunge pool concrete lining for the Xiaowan project.
