Nursing of children with primary immuno deficiency diswases

目的:总结儿童原发性免疫缺陷病的护理方法。方法:对我院2010年2月～2012年2月收治的30例原发性免疫缺陷病患儿的护理进行归纳总结,包括预防感染、控制感染、病情观察、饮食护理、心理护理、健康教育等。结果:30例原发性免疫缺陷病患儿病情均得到了良好控制,无严重并发症及窒息、死亡发生。结论:科学合理的护理,能提高患儿的生活质量,降低患儿的死亡率。

Objective：Summarized the nursing of children with primary immunodeficiency diseases. Methods：In our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012,30 cases of primary immunodeficiency diseases in children nusing are summarised,including prevention of infection, infection controled, observation of disease, dietary nursing, psychological nursing, health education and so on. Results：The court of 30 cases of with primary immunodeficiency disease severity in children with well controlled, no severe complications and death occurred, such as suffocation. Conclusion： Scientific and reasonable nursing could improve quality of life for children and reduce mortality in children.
