摘要
目的:探讨床旁连续性血液净化(CBP)技术在危重症患儿中的应用。方法:对我科2011年1月～2012年3月运用CBP治疗的40例危重症患儿的护理进行回顾性总结。结果:通过CBP技术及优质的护理,痊愈、好转35例,占87.50%;合并其他并发症死亡3例,占7.50%;放弃治疗2例,占5.00%。结论:成立CBP护理小组,对CBP护士进行专业技能培训,是保证CBP顺利实施的关键。
Objective：To explore the nursing of continuous blood purification（CBP） in critically ill children. Method：Retrospectively analysis of the nursing of 40 critically ill children received CBP therapy in our PICU from January 2011 to March 2012. Results：With the treatment of CBP and quality nursing,35 （87.50%） patients recovered,3 （7.50%）patients died from other complications, and treatments were give up by parents in 2 （5.00%）patients. Conclusion ：Establishing CBP nursing team,training the nurses with CBP skills and improving the CBP nursing quality are crucial to ensure the application of CBP.
