消毒供应中心质量管理信息系统在绩效考核实施中的应用

Application of sterilization and supply center quality management information system in the implementation of performance appraisal

目的:探讨消毒供应中心质量管理信息系统在绩效分配考核体系中的应用效果。方法:运用质量管理信息系统平台对录入的信息统计回收、清洗消毒、包装、灭菌、发放各岗位工作量、工作质量和护士能力系数、满意度评价为主的绩效考核和岗位绩效工资制度,对工作效率和服务质量的情况进行分析。结果:绩效考核管理实施后临床服务满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:有效的激励机制可以提高服务满意度和工作质量,促进该学科的专业化发展。

Objective ： Study of disinfection supply center quality management information system in the performance appraisal system application effect. Meth- eds ： Using quality management information system platform on the information input statistics recycling, cleaning and disinfection, packaging, sterilization, granting each post workload ,work quality and nurses ability coefficient, satisfaction evaluation based performance evaluation and system of post performance pay, the work efficiency and service quality were analyzed. Results：Performance management after the implementation of clinical service satisfaction was significantly higher than before （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Effective incentive mechanism to improve customer satisfaction and quality of work, to promote the subject professional development.
