高职院校校企合作开展新生始业教育的思考

高职院校的新生始业教育，要充分利用校企合作的教育资源，开展职业生涯规划教育、专业教育、职业素质教育。文章提出要构建始业教育合作育人模式，优化师资，创建“家校企”互动平台，发挥企业校友和模拟公司功能，创新高职院校始业教育实践。

The educational resources of college-enterprise cooperation should be made full use to develop freshmen orientation education and carry out career planning education, professional education and occupation quality education. The article puts forward a cooperative education mode for orientation education and optimizing the quality of teachers. The platform for home-college-enterprise interacting should be built to play the simulation function and to innovate a new method for college-enterprise orientation education.
