高职院校运动队项目管理要明晰化和规范化，才能让学校运动队教练和队员拥有良好的训练与工作环境。高职院校学生面临就业形势日益严峻、社会竞争不断加强的压力，学习和训练的矛盾突出。文章提出运用人本管理的方式构建符合现代高职院校发展要求和业余体育训练特点与实践的运动训练与管理体系，以实现管理方式上的创新与改革．促进高职院校体育持续健康发展。

The management of vocational college sports team program should be clear and standardized, so that the trainers and trainees of the team can enjoy good working environment. College students are facing many problems, such as the severe employment situation, greater stress from social competition and the contradiction between learning and training. This article puts forward a human-based management system that meets the requirements of development of modern vocational colleges and the characteristics of amateur sports training and practice to promote the sustainable and healthy development of college sports.
