Special Library Construction in Colleges Based on National Demonstration Level——A Case Study of Zhejiang International Maritime College

全国百所示范性高职院校图书馆特色建设的现状和问题可以概括为“四个并存”。而破解这些矛盾，以全新的管理理念实现图书馆布局和服务模式创新，以馆藏资源配置特色和侧重点彰显高职院校的办学宗旨，以管理体制机制创新为突破口加强高职图书馆员队伍建设，以信息化网络化为技术支撑精心打造高职数字图书馆，是基于国家示范水平高职创建目标的图书馆特色建设的必然取向和路径选择。

The current situation colleges can be described as ＂four of special library construction in more than 100 national demonstrational coexistenees＂. To solve these contradicts, it is necessary to innovate the management system and mechanism, to focus on the features of library to show the college mission, to build a high quality librarian team, to build higher vocational digital library supported by network technologies, which is the only choice and method for the special library construction based on national demonstration level.
