摘要 从科技人才定量评价方法及其应用两个方面,简要归纳目前国内外常用的科技人才定量评价方法及指标,希望能够对人才评价方法的进一步发展和完善提供一些参考及借鉴。 The paper briefly summarizes the current common quantitative evaluation methods and indicators for science and technolo-gy （S ＆ T） talents both in China and abroad from two points： methods and their application, in order to provide references for further de- velopment and improvement of S ＆ T talents evaluation methods.
