文中结合尼尔基水利枢纽可研设计，对防洪、工业供水、灌溉、发电等9个不同受益部门进行投资分摊，进行各部门效益计算以及枢纽工程整体经济评价。
According to the feasibility study, the investment is allocated to flood control,water supply of industry, irrigation, generate electricity etc. 9 beneficial sectors, the benefit of every sector is calculated, whole economy of the complex is evaluated. The conclusion is that Nierji water complex benefit is notable.
