摘要
本文阐述了松辽流域水库防汛工作现状，取得的成绩及存在的问题，提出了加强水库防汛工作的具体措施及发挥水库防洪作用的办法，并对今后水库防汛工作提出几点建议。
The paper introduces the present situation, achieved result and existing problems of reservoir flood control, puts forward the concrete measures to strengthen reservoir flood defense and the ways to bring the function of reservoir flood control into full play, and some propositions of reservoir flood defense for the future.
