摘要
澳门外地劳工"社会认同"自我评价总体属于一个"中偏好"水平,社会交往素质、职业能力、品质特征、社会行为心理等四个公共子项目评价都高于"中性社会认同线";外地劳工"待人友善,容易相处""遵纪守法,不挑事端""积极勤奋,吃苦耐劳"等一些传统优点仍得到较多受访者的认可;而"综合素质不高"和"不善于与人打交道,有自卑心理"等"外劳"的传统"负面"形象有较大的改变。研究还显示,面对巨大的社会差距,特别是以高中及高中以下学历的"外劳"群体有一定的社会不平衡感。
The study finds that non-local employees in Macao are relatively satisfied with their social identity.Their evaluations of the four sub-items of social interaction quality,professional competence,moral characteristics and psychology of social behavior are all higher than the average of social identity.Some of their traditional qualities that are still highly recognized by the respondents include being "friendly and easy-going," "obeying laws and regulations" and being "proactive and diligent".At the same time,their traditional negative image has been greatly improved.Their traditional weaknesses include being of "poor quality",being "poor at social intercourse",and "having a sense of inferiority".The study also finds that in the face of a huge social gap,non-local employees,especially those with less education,have felt a sense of imbalance.
