摘要
创新型城市是由众多要素及其联系组成的复杂系统。通过创新型城市评价反映创新型城市的建设进程及存在的问题,具有重要的现实意义。从确定评价内容的理论基础、评价模型和指标选取、评价方法几方面对现有创新型城市评价研究进行了梳理,指出这些研究存在的思路问题和技术性问题,并提出对未来研究的建议。
An innovative city is a complex system composed of many elements.Therefore,it is of great realistic importance to reveal the progress and problems in innovative city construction through evaluation.The paper reviews previous researches from the perspective of theoretical basis,evaluation models,selection of indexes and evaluation methods,points out several aspects that need to be improved and puts forward some suggestions.
