摘要
目的:探讨聘用制护士离职原因并寻找解决对策。方法:采用半结构或个人深入访谈法搜集资料,同时进行问卷调查。结果:找到聘用制护士离职诸多原因。结论:医院应加强与聘用制护士沟通,了解并掌握她们离职原因,积极采取相应措施,降低离职率,对当前中国医疗体制的改革具有重要的现实意义。
Objective:To investigate the reasons for engaging system nurses' resignation and find solutions.Methods:The investigations collect data through semi-structured or in-depth individual interviews and questionnaire.Results:The various reasons why engaging system nurses leave their jobs were found.Conclusion:Communication with the engaging system nurses should be enhanced,so the hospital could learn the the causes of their resignation and take some activities to reduce the turnover rate,which is of great immediate significance to the medical system reform in current China.
