Design of the Practical Teaching System on Management Course

《管理学》是卫生管理学专业的基础课程,是一门实践性很强的学科。对于缺少社会实践经验的低年级学生来说,加强管理学实践教学显得尤其重要。通过系统分析《管理学》教材,可以从管理的基础能力、职能能力和综合能力三个层面七个实践教学单元设计管理学实践教学内容和方法,构建管理学课程实践教学体系。

Management is one of the basic and very practical courses for health service management majors.For those lower graders who are lack of experience in social practice,it is very important to strengthen the practical teaching of management.By analyzing the management textbook systematically,this paper constructs a practical teaching system of management and designs its content and methods,which consist of three aspects,including basic ability of management,professional ability and comprehensive ability,and seven practical teaching units.
