医学检验专业本科人才培养模式改革探讨

On the Reform of Talents Training Patterns in Medical Laboratory Science

根据医学检验专业办学现状和发展趋势,分析检验专业本科人才培养模式存在的主要问题,进而探讨完善人才培养目标、优化课程体系、改革教学方式等人才培养模式改革的基本思路,提出加强师资队伍建设、编写特色规划教材、构建教学质量保障体系等人才培养模式改革的措施,具有一定的现实意义。

According to the present situation and the development trend of medical laboratory professional education,this paper analyzed the major problems of talents cultivation model,discussed the reform thought including perfecting talent training target,optimizing the course system and reforming the teaching methods.This paper also put forward some countermeasures about how to strengthen teachers team construction,compile features planning materials and construct the teaching quality system.
