考察大学生职业生涯规划课程的课堂秩序、出勤、听课和学习环境负面情况,其原因来自学校、教师、学生、教材等多方面。提出提高大学课堂有效管理的对策,很有意义。

Through analyzing the negative appearance of class order,attendance,learning status and environment on career planning lesson,we can find that the reasons come from many aspects such as school,teacher,students and materials.So this paper proposed a solution which can improve the effective management of class.
