摘要
《食品科学概论》课程是食品科学与工程专业的专业基础课。本课程开展双语教学两年,在教学实践中提出了适于本课程的双语教学模式——启发导入式,将此教学模式应用于教学,提高了教学效果。
Introduction to Food Science is a basic specialized curriculum in food science major,bilingual teaching in this course has been developed for two years.We summarize the experience and set up a new bilingual teaching pattern——"Inspiring and Importing",and put it into using during teachingin order to realize good teaching effects.
