关于构建服务型高校学生工作队伍的思考

高校学生干部是老师与学生紧密联系的纽带与桥梁。由于高等教育的不断更新和发展,以显性的思想政治教育和刚性管理为主的传统学生干部管理模式,已经很难满足当今社会、教育的发展需求,更不利于学生主体性的多重培养。从服务型学生干部对于高校学生管理工作的重要作用入手,对培养服务型学生干部的方法进行深入探究,很有意义。

College student leader is a link between teachers and students.Due to the continuous updating and development of higher education,the management mode of the dominant ideological and political education and rigid management of traditional student leader,can hardly meet the needs of today＇s society development and the students＇ subjectivity.From the importance of service-oriented student leader＇s work on management,this paper makes a deep discussion on cultivating service-oriented student leader.
