多元智能理论与高校外语教师知识结构的优化

Optimizing College FL Teachers' Knowledge Structure from the Perspective of Multiple Intelligence Theory

高校外语教师的知识结构在教学和科研中起着重要作用。从加德纳的多元智能理论入手,将其引入高校外语教师知识结构的范畴;探讨高校外语教师多元知识结构的特点,从知识存在的主观性和客观性角度,把知识结构分为外在和内在智能知识,有助于提出高校外语教师知识结构优化的途径。

The knowledge structure of college FL（foreign language）teachers plays an important role in their teaching and researching.In this paper,the multiple intelligence theory（MI）by Gardner is brought into the category of FL teachers＇ knowledge structure;the characteristics of FL teachers＇ MI knowledge structure are studied;from the perspective of objectivity and subjectivity of knowledge,their knowledge structure can divided into two parts：the interior one and the exterior one;and accordingly,suggestions on how to optimize FL teachers＇ knowledge structure are proposed.
