“以房养老”意愿调查报告——基于合肥、安庆、淮南三城市的调查

Report of Reverse Mortgage Based on the Investigation of Hefei,Anqing and Huainan City

面对老龄化日益严峻的形势,如何完善和健全我国现有的养老保障体系,已经成为亟待解决的现实问题。有学者提出,借鉴国外的"以房养老"模式,缓解政府和家庭的养老压力。合肥、安庆、淮南三市问卷调查结果显示:由于市场运作的风险、政策法规的困境、传统观念的束缚等原因,"以房养老"模式在合肥等部分中小城市暂不具备实施的现实条件。

Compared with the severe situation of aging,how to perfect the pension security system of our country is becoming a practical problem.The investigations in Hefei,Anqing and Huainan city through questionnaire showed that reverse mortgage is difficult to execute in small and medium city in a short time.
