白石水库工程观测设计

Project observation design for Baishi reservoir

结合白石水库当地的气候条件和工程施工条件，对国内主要的观测设备及系统进行了分析比较，提出了既能充分监测水库的安全，又降低观测系统造价的观测设计方案。

In the light of local weather and constructing conditions of Baishi reservoir, the paper analyses and compares domestic main observation equipments and observation systems. The observation design was put forward, which can fully monitor the reservoir safety and reduce costs of the system.
