本文根据核电站关键设备驱动机构、燃料组件抗震研究的实践经验 ,讨论了由国家核安全局发布的核安全法规文件《核设备抗震鉴定试验指南HAF J0 0 5 3》在抗震试验中的实践效果 .讨论了动力特性探查试验和抗震鉴定试验 (包括OBE、SSE试验 )对反应谱、功率谱的要求以及抗震试验中对振动台各向输入独立性的要求问题 .讨论结果表明指南中的规定是适宜的 ,目前国内试验条件可以满足要求 .

In this paper, the reasonableness of The Seismic Qualification Guide of Equipment for Nuclear Power Generating Station, HAF J0053 issued by National Nuclear Safe Bureau is discussed based on the experience accumulated in seismic study on key equipment of nuclear power station including the driving mechanism and fuel assembly. The requirements of response spectrum and power spectrum for dynamic characteristic test and aseismic qualification test as well as the requirements of the input performances of the shaking table are discussed in detail It is concluded that the regulations included in the Guide are reasonable and the test conditions required can be satisfied at present in China.
