With the wide applications of CNC technology in machinery manufacturing, community needs a large number of CNC technology professionals with practical ability and professional quality. This article analyzes the demand of CNC technology professionals in the manufacturing industry, and discusses the CNC technology professional practice ability tra- ining from the curriculum system, teaching pattern, construction of teaching staff, school-enterprise cooperation, training base construction and other aspects.
