摘要
对半水—二水法湿法磷酸工艺中的碘质量分数分布率进行了研究。实验表明,各因素对碘质量分数分布率的影响顺序为:反应时间>反应温度>三氧化硫质量浓度>液固比。适宜的工艺条件为:反应时间0.5h,反应温度100℃,三氧化硫质量浓度25g/mL,液固比4∶1,此时液相浓磷酸中碘的质量分数分布率为58.64%。
Research into iodine distribution rate of mass fraction in the half water-phosphate dihydrate wet process was made and the tests showed that factors impacting on iodine distribution rate of mass fraction were in the order: reaction time reaction temperaturetrioxide concentrationliquid-solid ratio.The appropriate test conditions were reaction time of 0.5 h,reaction temperature 100 ℃,sulfur trioxide concentration 25 g/mL,liquid-solid ratio of 4:1.At this point,the distribution rate of mass fraction of iodine in liquid concentrated phosphoric acid was 58.64%.
