摘要
海口磷矿2008年建成的200万t/a中低品位胶磷矿选矿装置采用常规KYF/XCF-50浮选机,3年多的调试生产发现,该浮选机在刮泡、充气和搅拌等方面存在一些缺陷,因此,针对这几方面进行了改造,改造后的精矿产率和回收率明显升高,取得了良好的改造效果。
2 Mt/a middle and low-grade collophanite beneficiation installation built in 2008 in Haikou Phosphate Mine adopted KYF/XCF-50 flotation machine.After 3 years of commissioning and production,it was found that this flotation machine was unsuitable for beneficiating collophanite in defroth,aeration and stirring.Therefore,modifications were made on them with the significant improvement of yield and recovery rate of phosphate concentrates and the satisfactory results achieved.
