Approach to design scheme of 2 Mt/a phosphate-beneficiation plant in Mabian Phosphate Mine

四川天瑞矿业马边磷矿在试验基础上,根据下游产品对P2O5品位和MgO质量分数要求,对选别方案进行了技术经济比较,结果表明,在精矿品位满足下游产品要求情况下,采用单一反浮选流程的方案二的经济效益优于采用双反浮选流程的方案一的经济效益。

Comparisons in technical economy were made for the schemes of separation of phosphate ores in Mabian Phosphate Mine of Tianrui Mining Company based on its tests and in light of the requirements from downstream products for P2O5 grade and MgO mass fraction.The results showed that Scheme II-single reverse flotation circuit was better than Scheme I-double reverse flotation circuit in terms of economic benefit under the conditions that the concentrate grade satisfied the requirements of downstream products.
