摘要 从设备管理运行状态出发,以可持续发展为导向,以系统理论与方法为指导,从物质形态、价值形态、信息形态和人力资源形态[1]4个方面建立设备管理系统运行质量评价指标体系。然后运用改进的模糊层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,根据国内露天矿的实际情况建立模糊评判矩阵,最后计算分析得出露天矿设备管理系统的运行情况。 An equipment management system operation quality evaluation index system is established from four aspects: forms of physical,value,information and human resource,proceeding from operation status of equipment management system,orientation of sustainable development and guide of system theory and method.Then the improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method is adopted to determine the weight of evaluation indexes and to establish fuzzy judgment matrix based on the actual situation of the open-pit mine.Eventually,the open-pit mine equipment management system's operation situations are analyzed.
