摘要
日前，全国教育科学规划领导小组办公室公布2012年2月全国教育科学规划立项课题鉴定情况。
Through recalculating the '2010 China University Evaluation',it is found that there are series problems with it,such as: the 'quantity' is instead of 'quality',they are confused together;the results about 'talent training' of the international first-class universities are not fit with the reality;just plus the number of paper and citation simply without eliminating the subject differences when calculate the 'scientific research' score;'scientific research' score of some China's universities is Higher than recognized world-class universities on the condition that China has not built any world-class university.Therefore,university rankings based on the '2010 China University Evaluation' failed to reflect university's ability of 'talent training' and 'scientific research',its objectivity,impartiality and credibility are doubtable.
