Technical Document Management System of Guizhou TV Station is a new type of technical document management system which is developed by reference of online library technology that is popular nowadays. It is developed with UML, and new technologies such as AJAX. It coordinates the relationship of knowledge management, sharing and transforming by well designed access and accumulation point system. The system＇s coming into service can save money, and solve the hard nut of document gathering, management and sharing which is existed for many years. It also provides a chance to train the developers for adaptation to new technology and the coming new media era.
