20碳钢海水中Ce盐预膜的耐蚀性能及成膜机理

摘要 海水中以Ce盐对20碳钢预膜,其防腐蚀性能如何,过去报道不够。采用旋转挂片法、电化学技术、视频显微镜及电子能谱对海水中以Ce盐为主的预膜剂在20碳钢表面形成的缓蚀保护膜进行了综合表征和预膜机理探讨。结果表明:经Ce盐预膜后,20碳钢表面形成了一层较为均匀的蓝色薄膜,主构成为Ce(OH)3,Ce(OH)4,CeO2,Fe(OH)3及Fe(Ⅲ)的有机配位化合物;膜层抑制了O2和电子的传输,对20碳钢表面的腐蚀过程有明显的抑制作用,有效地提高了其耐蚀性能。 Mild steel(20 carbon steel) was surface-treated with cerium salt to generate Ce salt conversion coating.The corrosion resistance of as-obtained Ce salt conversion coating in seawater was evaluated by rotary coupon test and electrochemical test.The morphology and elemental composition of the Ce salt conversion coating were examined with a video microscope and an energy dispersive spectrometer,and the film-formation mechanism of Ce salt conversion coating was discussed.Results indicate that blue and uniform conversion coating can be prepared on the surface of mild carbon steel by surface treatment with Ce salt conversion fluid.As-obtained Ce salt conversion coating mainly consists of Ce(OH)3,Ce(OH)4,CeO2,Fe(OH)3 and the organic complexes of Fe(Ⅲ).Moreover,as-prepared Ce salt conversion coating is able to restrain the transmission of O2 and electron and significantly retard the corrosion process of the carbon steel,thereby effectively increasing the corrosion resistance of 20 carbon steel in seawater.
