Professor WANG Xia-fang's Experience on Treating Asthma in Children

介绍王霞芳教授分期治疗小儿哮喘的经验。认为小儿哮喘急性发作期以风邪外袭,痰饮内伏,致肺失宣降为主要病因病机,治疗以宣肺化痰、止咳平喘、袪风通络,选用自拟"宣肺通络平喘汤";缓解期用"培土生金法"健脾助运,杜绝生痰之源,治痰饮之本减少哮喘复发,疗效显著。

This article introduced professor WANG Xia-fang＇s experience on treating asthma in children.It is held that acute attack of asthma in children results from invasion of exogenous wind and accumulation of endogenous phlegm-fluid;its treatment focused on releasing lung and resolving phlegm,relieving coughing and suppressing asthma,and dispelling wind and dregding collaterals.Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction was used in clinical practice.In paracmasis we applied the method of strengthening earth to generate metal to invigorate the spleen and to help transportation and transformation,cutting off the source of eliminating phlegm and reducing asthma palindromia.The curative is obviously effective.
