疏肝健脾升阳汤配合理性情绪疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Diarrhea-Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Shugan Jianpi Shengyang Decoction plus Rational-emotive Therapy

目的:观察疏肝健脾升阳汤配合理性情绪疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:将96例IBS-D患者随机分为治疗组48例给予疏肝健脾升阳汤配合理性情绪疗法治疗,对照组48例用西药常规治疗,疗程均为4周。观察患者治疗前后症状积分及疗效,并对临床治愈患者随访半年。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为62.5%;前者在改善临床症状上优于后者,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组复发率28.6%,对照组复发率为66.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾升阳汤配合理性情绪疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective：To observe the effect of Shugan Jianpi Shengyang Decoction plus rational-emotive therapy on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods：90 patients were divided into study group in which 48 patients were treated with Shugan Jianpi Shengyang Decoction plus rational-emotive therapy and 48 patients in the control group treated with conventional Western medicine.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The summation of clinical symptom before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed and patients were followed up for six months.Results：The total efficiency of study group was 83.3% and the control group was 62.5%.The effect of treatment group was more superior to that of the control group in clinical symptom after treatment.The recurrence rate of study group was 28.6% and the control group was 66.7%,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shugan Jianpi Shengyang Decoction plus rational-emotive therapy has significant effect on treating the diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome and reduce the rate of relapse.
