药对远志-石菖蒲挥发性与脂溶性成分的GC-MS初步研究

Analysis of Volatile Compounds and Fat-Soluble Components from Drug Matched Pair of Polygala-Acoru tatarinowii Schot.by GC-MS

目的:分析药对远志-石菖蒲中的挥发性和脂溶性成分。方法:分别用水蒸汽蒸馏法和索氏提取法提取药对远志-石菖蒲及其单味药材中的挥发性和脂溶性成分,采用GC-MS分析其提取物所含成分,采用面积归一化法计算各组分的含量。结果:挥发性成分中,药对中鉴定出7种成分,石菖蒲鉴定出6种成分,远志鉴定出4种成分;脂溶性成分中,药对中鉴定出5种成分,石菖蒲鉴定出4种成分,远志鉴定出2种成分。结论:对药中的挥发性成分和脂溶性成分均比单味药的成分种类要多,且成分、含量差异性较大。

Objective：To analyze constitutes of volatile compounds and fat-soluble composition from dug matched pair Polygala tenuifolia Wild.（PTW）and Acorus tatarinowii Schott（ATS）.Methods：To extract volatile organic compounds by steam distillation and fat-soluble composition by petroleum ether（Saxhlet extraction）from the drug matched pair and its respective herbs.Analyze their contains composition by GC-MS technology and calculate the content components by area normalization method.Results：Seven volatile compounds from matched pair of PTW and ATS were identified,six of them were from ATS,four were from PTW.Five fat-soluble compositions from matched pair of PTW and ATS were identified,four of them were from ATS,two were from PTW.Conclusion：The matched pair of volatile compounds and fat-soluble composition species,composition and content difference were bigger than those of its respective herbs.
