药浴对慢性肾脏病系膜细胞增殖的影响

Effects of Medicated Bath for Mesangial Cell Proliferation of Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:探讨药浴对慢性肾脏病(CKD)发展中系膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:运用药浴疗法作用于CKD患者后的含药血清及药浴液分别作用于体外培养的肾脏系膜细胞,观察其增殖情况。结果:含药血清及药浴液对肾脏系膜细胞的增殖皆有有明显抑制作用,其中含药血清的抑制作用更强。结论:药浴改善肾功能与其延缓系膜细胞的增殖有关。

Objective：To reveal the effects of medicated bath for mesangial cells of the chronic kidney disease.Methods：Experimental research was to observe the proliferation of mesangial cells by the medicated serum and medicated bath in vitro.Results：The medicated serum and medicated bath both have effect on the proliferation of mesangial cells in vitro,and the serum is more obvious.Conclusion：Improvement of renal function by medicated bath was achieved through the delayment of the mesangial cells proliferation.
