摘要
在调研国内外图书馆实施质量管理案例的基础上,并参照Deming质量管理模型,构建了以Staff,Service和Satisfaction为核心要素的图书馆实施质量管理的S-Set模型,并对模型的架构、机理、实施等相关问题进行了分析和阐释,以期为图书馆实施质量管理提供一个基本的、实用的模型。
Based on the research on the implementation of quality management in libraries both from home and abroad, and referring to the Deming quality management model, this paper constructs a S-Set model which focuses on Staff, Service and Satisfaction. Besides, the paper tries to analyze and explain the frame, mechanism and implementation of the model, so as to provide a basic and practical model for the implementation of quality management in libraries.
