知识管理移动门户构建研究

A Study on the Construction of Knowledge Management Mobile Portal

摘要 知识管理移动门户的构建,使得移动工作者能够在任何时候、任何地点,借助于移动设备的支持,使在空间上分散的业务过程的知识存储、传递和使用变得方便而简单。文章简要概括移动知识管理的必要性,描述知识管理移动门户的体系结构,包括组织内外数据和知识资源内部网和门户基础设施服务、整合服务、知识服务、个性化的服务与访问服务等几个层次。以德国大学的U-Know系统为例讲述知识管理移动门户提供的服务内容,剖析现有知识管理移动门户存在的问题,并提出解决方案。 The construction of a mobile portal for knowledge management is to make the mobile workers who with the help of mobile support equipment can conveniently and simply store, transfer and use the knowledge any time, any place. This paper briefly summarizes the necessity of mobile knowledge management, describes the structure and requirements of mobile knowledge management portal that include data from organization, portal infrastructure services, integration services, knowledge service, personalized service and access services, then takes U-Know system of a German university as an example in order to show service contents offered by mobile portal for knowledge management. At last, it analyzes the problems of the existing knowledge management mobile portal, and proposes solutions for it.
