Combining on the development process of the subject librarian system in China, this article analyzes of the meaning and structure of library subject librarian incentive systems, researches on effective incentive mechanism of the subject librarian, stimulates the enthusiasm of the work and innovation of subject librarians, promotes the development of subject librarian system.
