摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法建立当归药材的指纹图谱,为其品质控制提供依据。方法:采用Phenomenex luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.5%醋酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为270 nm,流速1 ml/min。结果:建立了当归药材的HPLC指纹图谱。HPLC-MS鉴定出阿魏酸,洋川芎内酯,川芎内酯A,丁基苯酞,E-藁本内酯,Z-藁本内酯,E-丁烯基酞内酯和Z-丁烯基苯酞共8个化学成分。结论:采用该法可为控制当归药材的内在质量提供依据。
Objective:To analyze the chemical components in Danggui (the roots o f Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) D iel ). Methods: HPLC- MS/MS was used to identify the main components in Danggu. The mobile phase of HPLC consisted of 0.5 % acetic acid in wa- ter and MeOH, analytical column was Phenomenex (250 mm ×4.6 mm, Sum ) , flow rate 1.0 mL/min, injected volume 10μL. Re- suits:The ionization source was ESI in positive ion mode. Results Seven compounds in Danggui were tentatively identified via HPLC-MS /MS. Conclusion: It provides an accurate and fast method to control the quality of Danggui.
