降低血压波动性药物研究进展

Advances in drugs which reduce blood pressure variability

现代研究证明,血压波动性是独立于血压水平之外导致靶器官损伤(TOD)的重要原因之一[1],因此降低血压波动性对于高血压的治疗有非常重要的作用。本文通过查阅大量文献,对能够降低血压波动性的药物做一综述,为高血压疾病的研究提供依据。

According to modern studies,blood pressure variability is an independent factor which leads to target organ damage（TOD）.Therefore,reducing blood pressure variability has an significant effect on the hypertension treatment.Based on domestic and foreign documents,this article makes a review of drugs which reduce blood pressure variability,and provides reference for hypertension research.
