经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌的临床疗效

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱癌的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008～2011年行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术和膀胱部分切除术的病例资料,对比分析疗效差异。结果经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗比膀胱部分切除术效果更为良好,在手术时间、手术出血量、留置导尿管时间及复发率上均存在显著性差异。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术是治疗膀胱癌的理想疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and progress of transurethral resection of the bladder tumor for bladder cancer. Methods Retrospective analyze transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and partial segmental cysteetomy from 2008 to 2011. comparatively analyze curative effect and result. Results The curative effect of transurethral resection of the bladder tumor was better than partial segmental cysteetomy. Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor had a significant difference with partial segmental cysteetomy on operation time, bleeding volume, indwelling time of a urethral catheter and recurrence rate. Conclusion Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor was the ideal method for bladder cancer treatment and had a broad prospect in clinical.
