摘要
在天生桥一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝的施工中 ,发生了一、二期面板顶部脱空、上游垫层坡面开裂和面板局部裂缝问题 .在分析了产生这些问题的原因之后 ,进行了相应的处理 .对面板脱空问题 ,用粉煤灰掺适量水泥的浆液进行灌浆处理 .对开口宽度为 10~ 30 mm的垫层坡面裂缝 ,用净浆 (普通硅酸盐水泥加粉煤灰 )处理 ,对开口宽度大于 30 mm的裂缝用砂浆灌注 ,材料为水泥、粉煤灰及细砂 .二期面板裂缝部位用 GB胶粘贴 ,三期面板裂缝部位采用干硬性预缩砂浆处理 .实践证明 ,面板脱空和垫层裂缝采用粉煤灰掺适量水泥的浆体进行回填效果是良好的 .
During the construction of TSQ ⅠCFRD, some problems including the separation of deck from the cushion on the top of phaseⅠand phaseⅡdecks, cracking of the slope face of cushion and partial deck occurred. After analyzing the reasons of these problems, the appropriate measures were taken. The flyash and appropriate cement grout were grouted into the gaps between the deck and cushion, and the cracks of cushion with the width of 10 to 30 mm. The sand mortar composed by cement, flyash and fine sand was grouted into the cracks with the width of above 30 mm. The cracks in phaseⅡdeck were stuck by GB glue and the cracks in phase Ⅲ deck were treated by the hard pre shrinkage sand mortar. The practices prove that the effects of filling flyash and appropriate cement grout into the gaps between deck and cushion and the cracks of cushion are good.
